Chicago Metallic Professional Lasagna Trio Pan
It will taste like Remy from Ratatouille cut them with his own discerning, bougie eyes if you use a trio lasagna pan that is designed to crisp all edges perfectly.
This is a very high-quality pan. The second one I've owned (lost my 1st when I moved). Hadn't made lasagna in quite a while so finally bought a replacement. IMPORTANT TO KNOW: Pan has NOT changed but Skinner's "oven-ready" lasagna noodles do not fit. Instead of ruffled edges, they are perfectly flat AND they are too wide for the sections of this pan. So be sure to buy regular ruffled-edge lasagna noodles. I use "Virginia's Easy Lasagna Bake" recipe which does not require pre-cooking the noodles. Regular (not "oven-ready" noodles) work just fine so you really don't need "oven-ready" lasagna noodles anyway.Pan is also excellent for brownies & just about anything you'd use a baking pan for. I love that I can make 3 versions of the same thing (handy if cooking for a picky eater!) or I can make 3 entirely different things all at the same time.NOTE: A spatula, such as a brownie spatula, is very handy to have with this pan.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PAN!!!...Amazon Customer
Electric Peeler
a permanent spot on your counter for an electric potato peeler, oops. In addition to peeling potatoes with ease, it can peel almost any other peeled fruit or vegetable, including tomatoes, apples, kiwis, and others. To be clear, however, mashed potatoes should always be your top priority.)
Around 2011 or 2012 I purchased this exact unit thinking it was kind of an " as seen on TV" type of gimmick. It literally blew my mind the first time I used it. I don't have huge hands, I have large hands and I despise peeling potatoes, carrots, really anything. Anything. I've purchased Cutco's manual peeler and it's unbelievable if you like using a peeler. I've looked into commercial applications because we do eat a lot of potatoes in this house. Then here comes this $30 item that you think would just be a waste of $30. You would be wrong. All you do is put the potato in its place and hit a button. It peels it. It's the next greatest appliance since KitchenAid. I'm deadly serious, buy this, you will absolutely love it. Clean-up is nothing, wipe it down and rinse off the blade. So what happens when the blade gets dull? Dull? Nothing, two free ones come with it. If you live long enough to go through those, they sell them by the 12-pack on this website. There are knock-offs, different colors, some with stainless steel, don't waste your money. The design is exactly the same as it was back in 2011 when I bought mine and it works just as well. In case you're wondering why I bought another one, I knocked my original off the counter when it was not plugged in and hit the ground just at the right angle to break the arm rendering it completely useless. I was happy to buy another one. Give this thing a chance, you'll be glad you did...Dan Miller
Compact Air Fryer Oven Cooker with Temperature Control
A small but powerful air fryer that uses rapid air technology to cook and bake so many delicious dishes that it will make you never want to cook again. It's ideal for one-person meals or last-minute side dishes because it doesn't need to be preheated.
This was my 3rd Dash… I’ve been using them daily, actually several times per day, for several years. The company stands behind its products and has been great regarding returns and replacements. I had one fan and one handle wears out. Since my apartment is extremely small, it is too hot to use my oven and stovetop. Therefore I use my Dash to brown anything that will fit in it! A great solution for small spaces! I position it so that the exhaust goes right up to my stove’s hood fan. I researched several brands and this is the BEST for ease of use, a decently sized drip pan, and a small footprint!.. Rich Haffner
Silicone Bread Maker
A straightforward silicone bread maker that demonstrates that you don't need expensive equipment or complicated directions to make delicious bread at home. In fact, you can mix the ingredients in the silicone maker and put them in the oven right away.
I have been baking sourdough bread for several years, in cast iron dutch ovens with good results most of the time. I am getting older and my arm strength is not what it was, and it was only a matter of time before I dropped a dutch oven and ruined either the oven door or my floor, not to mention myself. I decided to give this product a try, and I will never go back. I have bought three, which may seem a bit extravagant, but my sourdough recipe (not in the instruction book) will make three Lekue loaves, plus I can bake them all at the same time. They weigh practically nothing and I no longer fear having an accident with heavy iron dutch ovens. I mix and do the first rise in a bowl overnight, then put the shaped loaves in the Lekue bowls for the final rise and baking. I am usually pretty suspicious of gadgets, but these things are great... Nest Plus Utensil 5-Piece Set
Or a Uni-tool, a showpiece that can turn a solid spoon into a slotted spoon, turn a slotted spoon into a turner, and cut food with a spatula
I bought the nesting utensils for my camper. When they came I was very pleased by their quality and overall look. Such a beautiful product and they save so much space. I'm going to buy a second set for my home. Whether you're trying to minimize space or you need something compact, yet beautiful for camping, you've come to the right place. I would recommend this set to anyone. They also clean up easily and are so pleasing to the eye. A great design... Susanne J Sadik
